13 Million Dollars Invested for the Construction of Independencia II Industrial Park.

The foundation stone for "Parque Industrial Independencia II" has been laid, marking American Industries' next significant venture with an investment of over $13 million. Located in Ciudad Juárez, the project sprawls across 24 hectares and includes a niche "Pocket Park."

The site is primed to host six industrial units, paving the way for both national and international business operations.

 Boosting Juárez's Progress: Parque Industrial Independencia II Luis Lara Armendáriz, President of American Industries, emphasized the transformative potential of Parque Industrial Independencia II. "This industrial park represents more than brick and mortar; it's a beacon of progress for Juárez, directly benefiting an estimated 15,000 individuals," said Armendáriz. The project is expected to generate a thousand jobs during its construction phase, with an additional 3,000 roles opening upon commencement of operations. 
Chihuahua's Industrial Surge: During the event, Maru Campos Galván, Governor of Chihuahua, highlighted the state's stature in various sectors, including automotive, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and its burgeoning aerospace cluster. She acknowledged the catalytic role of American Industries' investment in this venture, asserting, "Parque Industrial Independencia II isn't just a testament to Chihuahua's industrial capability, but also a reflection of the trust businesses place in our state's administration." 

Emphasizing Chihuahua's geographical advantage, Galván added that the project symbolizes the faith sown in the current state administration. She renewed her commitment to bolstering the legal and financial surety of businesses, a task undertaken in collaboration with Juárez's municipality. One of Galván's strategic goals remains to position Chihuahua at the forefront of national economic development, paving the way for enhanced business and technological consolidation.
