Agrofibra, First FIBRA of the Agri-Food Sector in Mexico

Agrofibra proudly presents itself as Mexico's first Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) specifically focused on the agri-food sector.
Its main objective is to acquire, develop, own, and generate income from leasing properties dedicated to agri-food activities and related services.
The newly established trust has announced its intention to carry out an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Real Estate Trust Certificates (CBFIs), which will be listed on the Institutional Stock Exchange (BIVA).
Agrofibra's initial portfolio
Agrofibra's initial portfolio consists of third-party assets focused on the agri-food sector.
"Our goal is to provide the investing public with an opportunity to generate attractive returns through a diversified portfolio in a sector with strong fundamentals," stated Agrofibra in a press release.
