Amazon announces the opening of a new shipping center in Tijuana, Baja California, creating new job opportunities and expediting delivery service in the northwest region of the country. 

"The expansion of Amazon's operations in Mexico reflects our commitment to the country and our existing and potential customers. We are proud to announce the upcoming opening of the new shipping center in Baja California. 

At Amazon Mexico, we feel a great responsibility towards the communities where we operate, and we are pleased to offer hundreds of job opportunities in Tijuana," said Diego Méndez de la Luz, Director General of Operations at Amazon Mexico. This new shipping center in Baja California will benefit Amazon Prime members with same-day deliveries in Tijuana and next-day deliveries in cities such as Mexicali, Tecate, Ensenada, and Rosarito.
