AMEFIBRA (Asociación Mexicana de Fibras Inmobiliarias, A.C.) has announced the recent formation of its Board of Directors, composed of four important members from FIBRAs, and two leaders in economic and regulatory matters.
In a statement, the association revealed that the board is comprised of the following Member Directors: Luis Gutiérrez, CEO of FIBRA Prologis and current president of the association; Gonzalo Robina, Deputy CEO of FIBRA UNO and founding president of AMEFIBRA; Simón Galante, CEO of FIBRAHotel; and Jorge Ávalos, CEO of FIBRA Monterrey. Additionally, it includes Independent Directors Mikel Arriola, president of Liga MX, and Eduardo Osuna, vice president and CEO of BBVA.
