AMPIP Recognizes the First Generation of Safe Industrial Parks
AMPIP awarded the first 11 recognitions of its Safe Industrial Park Program, promoting trust among investors and tenants.
Industrial parks in Nuevo León, Jalisco, Tlaxcala, Mexicali, San Luis Potosí, Hidalgo, Guanajuato, State of Mexico, and Querétaro received the initial certifications.

The Mexican Association of Private Industrial Parks (AMPIP) awarded the first 11 recognitions of its Safe Industrial Park Program on Wednesday. This program aims to integrate best practices in the industry and enhance trust among investors, current and potential tenants, and stakeholders.
The industrial parks that received the initial certifications include American Industries Apodaca in Nuevo León, San Jorge in Jalisco, Fidecix II and III in Tlaxcala, Parque Industrial Calafia in Mexicali, Parque Industrial Millennium in San Luis Potosí, Artha Capital Platah in Hidalgo, Marabis Castro del Río in Guanajuato, O'Donnell Parque Industrial Puente México in the State of Mexico, WTC Industrial in San Luis Potosí, and Exeter Parque Industrial Cantera in Querétaro.
These recognitions were presented during the AMPIP's First Virtual Forum 2021, which discussed the outlook for real estate developers and highlighted the increasing presence of Chinese investors in 2020 and the expected growth for this year, particularly in the northern border region.
