Discover the exciting arrival of Astellas Pharma, a prominent Japanese company, to the healthcare industry in Mexico. With an initial investment of approximately $10 million and the creation of high-value jobs, Astellas Pharma has launched its new offices in the corporate zone of Santa Fe, with a cutting-edge focus on areas such as oncology and rare diseases.  

As a subsidiary of Astellas Pharma Inc., headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, the company is dedicated to addressing the unmet healthcare needs of Mexican patients through innovation. The inauguration of the new offices was a significant event, featuring representatives from the company at regional and global levels, industry leaders, medical associations, patient organizations, and the media.

The presence of the Japanese Ambassador to Mexico, Noriteru Fukushima, emphasized the importance of Astellas Pharma as a global pharmaceutical company and highlighted the diversity of the Mexican economy beyond the automotive sector.
