Atotech de México, a prominent technology company specializing in chemical products, has inaugurated its new plant in Querétaro with an investment of 169.4 million pesos. This plant is located in the Parque Industrial Aeropuerto (PIA), and according to Peter Frauenknecht, CFO of Atotech, this strategic location was chosen due to its ecological focus, proximity to industrial clusters, and excellent transportation connectivity.
Atotech is renowned for providing cutting-edge equipment, software, and services to support various end markets, including smartphones, consumer electronics, communication infrastructure, computing, and industrial applications.
Its innovative approach to chemistry and world-class equipment make it a global leader in surface finishing industries. The opening of this new plant in Querétaro has generated over 100 jobs, a milestone celebrated by Mauricio Kuri González, the governor of the state.
The governor emphasized the quality of the workforce in Querétaro, highlighting that the state invests in skilled labor rather than seeking cheap labor. Furthermore, he underscored that Querétaro has a solid, stable, and diversified economy, enabling it to host a wide range of productive activities and develop robust supply chains.Governor Kuri González expressed satisfaction with Atotech, a leading player in the chemical industry, joining the region's development and providing solutions for the local industry.
