The Chinese company BTL will invest $50 million to build a factory in the Alianza Industrial Park, creating approximately 550 jobs in its initial phase and 700 jobs in the second phase. They will start manufacturing braking and suspension systems for cars and plan to expand their operations as they establish themselves in the region.
The governor of Coahuila highlighted the state's infrastructure to attract factories associated with major automakers. This investment represents the company's first venture outside of China, with its main customers being car manufacturers in 60 countries.
