With an investment of 136 million pesos, real estate group Cactus Valley has presented a project for an industrial park in Parras de la Fuente. This park will serve as a strategic point to connect the automotive industry in the Southeast Region (Saltillo, Ramos Arizpe, and Arteaga) with the Laguna Region (Torreón and Gómez Palacio).

The project includes the construction of the industrial park, with an investment of 98 million pesos, and the opening of the Mammoth Museum, which will receive 38 million pesos in funding. It is expected that this initiative will generate around 1,000 new jobs.

The main objective of the industrial park is to develop world-class light industries while preserving the essence of the magical town. A mixed-use approach will be implemented, and efforts will be made to minimize water consumption across the 40 hectares of construction. Renewable energy sources such as wind and solar power will be utilized.

Additionally, the park will feature Class A buildings, reflecting the characteristics of Industry 4.0 in terms of communication, information, measurement, and control.
