Chinese Furniture Company Man Wah Will Add 8,000 Jobs in Nuevo Leon

  • Man Wah, a furniture manufacturer, is expanding its plant in Salinas Victoria, initially investing $200 million and creating 4,000 jobs.

Furniture manufacturer Man Wah has announced an expansion of its plant located in the Hofusan Industrial Park in Salinas Victoria. In the initial stage, the company will invest $200 million, creating 4,000 jobs, as stated by CEO Bill Chan. 

Within two to three years, Man Wah plans to proceed with a second phase of investment, involving $100 million in capital and the creation of an additional 4,000 jobs. 

The expanded plant will cover an area of 200,000 square meters and position Man Wah as a frontrunner in research, development, manufacturing, marketing, and service, according to the company's executive.
