CIEN Grupo Inmobiliario has carried out the groundbreaking ceremony for Plaza Multicomercial Querétaro with an investment of 850 million pesos. This commercial complex, which will generate 1,500 jobs, will be located on Boulevard Bernardo Quintana in the La Huerta neighborhood of Querétaro, as reported by the developer. The project will cover an area of 43,000 square meters, with 23,000 square meters allocated for construction.

The choice of Querétaro for this project is based on its capabilities, economic potential, and growth, as commented by Steven Handal Dabdoud, the company's CEO. Plaza Multicomercial Querétaro aims to serve approximately 140,000 people, representing over 80,000 families residing in the area. It will offer 700 free parking spaces.

Visitors will enjoy a large market with an anchor store offering essential items such as groceries, fruits, meats, seafood, among others. Additionally, there will be a healthcare center, commercial spaces, a food area, technology section, and a dedicated area for women's products.

CIEN Grupo Inmobiliario has plans to open more plazas in Querétaro. The company has announced that this is the first of three similar projects to be built in the state, with the next two located in El Marqués and Corregidora municipalities.
