Cinépolis, the largest cinema chain in Mexico, is seeking to restructure over one billion dollars in credits, according to individuals familiar with the discussions.
The global cinema giant has hired Lazard to initiate talks with entities such as Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA), HSBC, Banco Santander, and the Mexican government's development bank, Bancomext, the individuals said.
