The Palacio de Hierro Group has excited shopping enthusiasts by announcing the long-awaited "grand opening" of their new store in the Mítikah shopping center, located in the district of Coyoacán, in Mexico City.

This news has generated great anticipation among consumers, who are eager to be part of this historic moment. The new Palacio de Hierro complex will be an architectural gem, replacing their previous store in the renowned Centro Coyoacán.

It will now be part of the impressive Mítikah development, considered the largest project in Latin America, with an impressive gross leasable area of over 120,000 square meters. Within this expansive space, visitors will find a diverse and exciting commercial offering, with 280 stores occupied by renowned fashion brands, tempting gastronomic options, and top-notch entertainment.

The project organizers estimate that the Mítikah shopping center will attract between 50,000 and 60,000 visitors daily, establishing it as a must-visit destination in the city. However, Mítikah is not limited to just shopping, as it is part of a mixed-use complex that includes office towers, a medical office building, and a variety of rental and for-sale apartments. Additionally, the opening of a hotel is planned, further enhancing the comprehensive experience for visitors. This acquisition demonstrates FIBRA Uno's commitment to the growth and development of Mexico City, as well as their vision to offer top-notch experiences to residents and visitors.
