Distrito Panorama, one of the country's leading companies in industrial warehouse development, is making a significant investment to develop a new Industrial Park in Cuautitlán. This project will drive economic growth in the region and the State of Mexico.
The property has a strategic location that allows for easy connectivity to the Periférico in Mexico City, the Circuito Exterior Mexiquense, and the Mexico-Querétaro Highway. It is worth mentioning that this is the company's second project in the state.
The new industrial park will have a rentable area of 110,000 square meters, 170 loading docks with leveling ramps, a total construction area of 106,945 square meters, and 105,667.44 square meters of covered rentable areas. Distrito Panorama has important national and international clients, including LEGO, Kimberly Clark, Casa Cuervo, Mercado Libre, GEPP, and Nadro, among others.
