The developer Wollman Property Group (WPG) has once again achieved a milestone with the introduction of EPIC CENTER San Miguel de Allende, the first of its kind commercial plaza featuring smart offices. This project addresses the needs of the city's northern visitors, providing a range of solutions.

EPIC CENTER San Miguel de Allende, WPG's sixth community center, offers carefully designed architecture and services to benefit the community. It consists of 86 commercial spaces and 58 smart offices, catering to the needs of visitors seeking both attention and leisure.

The concept of smart offices is a response to the evolving demands and the need for resilience in the face of a new world order. These Free COVID Spaces incorporate touchless technology, ensuring sanitary measures and social distancing, creating a secure environment for users.
