With an investment of 6 billion pesos (mdp), Fibra Danhos and the authorities of Mexico City (CDMX) inaugurated the Parque Tepeyac shopping center on November 10th.

This project, which will open its doors in 2023, will house the largest aquarium in Latin America. During the inauguration, the mayor of Gustavo A. Madero, Francisco Chíguil, emphasized the importance of the shopping center as a job generator, stating that it will provide "5,000 direct job opportunities, benefiting families in the area."

Parque Tepeyac occupies an area of 260,000 m2, of which 120,000 m2 are leasable spaces distributed across five levels. Inside, there are 280 stores, cafés, restaurants, and various entertainment options. One of the main attractions will be the aquarium, which is expected to open to the public in the second half of next year, offering exhibitions in an area of 30,000 square meters (m2).

Among the stores present in the shopping center are renowned brands such as LiverpoolSearsWalmart, Cinépolis, and various brands belonging to the Inditex chain, including Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, and Stradivarius, to mention a few.

The official opening of Parque Tepeyac is scheduled for the first half of November. During the three years of construction, over 3,000 permanent jobs and 2,000 temporary jobs were generated. It is important to highlight that the construction work continued despite the restrictions imposed by the authorities of CDMX during the health contingency.

Fibra Danhos, a real estate investment trust specializing in commercial properties, offices, and mixed-use spaces, invested 6 billion pesos (mdp) in the development of Parque Tepeyac.
