FIBRA Infraestructura y Energía México (FIBRA E) is being prepared for issuance through the Bolsa Institucional de Valores (BIVA). This FIBRA will include road assets in its portfolio, as mentioned in the documents submitted to the Mexican regulator. The issuer aims to acquire a stake in transportation infrastructure assets.

FIBRA E will own approximately 15% of Concesión Durango-Torreón and Libramiento Norte de la Laguna, as well as 15% of Concesión Toluca-Zitácuaro and Ramal a Valle de Bravo. Additionally, it will hold an 85% stake in Concesión San Luis Potosí-Río Verde and 24.01% of Concesión Mayab, along with ICA assets such as Concesión Río Verde, La Piedad, and the Túnel de Acapulco.

FIBRA E is a development vehicle for the energy and infrastructure sectors in Mexico, created as an alternative financing option following the Energy Reform. Its creation was announced in September 2015.
