Fibra Inn's lodging revenues grew 28% in December

  • FIBRA Inn, a real estate investment trust in the hotel sector, reported that its revenues reached 154.7 million pesos (mdp), considering 33 operating hotels, which represents a growth of 27.9% compared to the same month in 2021.

Fibra Inn, a real estate investment trust in the hotel sector, reported that its revenues amounted to 154.7 million pesos, considering 33 hotels in operation, representing a growth of 27.9% compared to the same month in 2021. 

However, for the 31 hotels in operation, this figure was 2.8% below pre-pandemic levels, with revenues of 101.2 million pesos compared to 104.1 million pesos in December 2019.

The occupancy rate in December 2022, compared to the same period in 2021, for the 33 hotels was 55.1%, an improvement of 7.8 percentage points from the previously recorded level of 47.3%, as revealed in its monthly hotel indicators report.
