Fibra Macquarie Will Make a Distribution of 0.4750 Pesos in Cash
Fibra Macquarie Mexico, an industrial real estate investment trust, will distribute 0.4750 pesos in cash per CBFI.
The distribution corresponds to the operations of the fourth quarter of 2021, and the trust plans to increase the distribution to 2.00 pesos per real estate trust certificate for the full year 2022.

Fibra Macquarie Mexico, an industrial real estate investment trust, announced a distribution payment on March 11, at a rate of 0.4750 pesos per Certificado Bursátil Fiduciario Inmobiliario (CBFI). Through a notice to the market, the trust stated that the distribution among its holders will be in cash and corresponds to the operations of the fourth quarter of 2021.
"The cash distributions related to the 2021 fiscal year, which totalled 1.90 pesos per CBFI, were allocated as follows: the amount of 1.26450520 pesos (66.6%) as a result of the 2021 fiscal year, and the amount of 0.6354948 (33.4%) pesos as fiscal result of the 2022 fiscal year," Fibra Macquarie detailed in the document.
In the guide presented for the full year 2022, a distribution of 2.00 pesos per real estate trust certificate was agreed upon, which represents an annual increase of 5.3% and adjusted funds from operations (AFFO) of between 2.50 and 2.55 pesos per paper.
