FIBRA Macquarie Mexico (FIBRAMQ) (BMV: FIBRAMQ), announced today that it has been selected as EDGE Champion 2022. The EDGE Champion distinction for FIBRA Macquarie is a recognition in partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, for accelerating the adoption of sustainable building practices through the promotion of green building certifications based on the EDGE ("Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies") software, standard, and certification system. FIBRA Macquarie is part of a select group of real estate vehicles in Latin America that is recognized as an EDGE Champion.

"We are proud to receive this honor, and would like to thank the IFC for its recognition. In 2021, we certified 6 industrial buildings through the EDGE sustainable certification system, and over time, we expect to certify more properties from our existing portfolio. By prioritizing a more efficient use of resources, we are able to generate benefits for the environment while achieving more efficient buildings.
