FIBRA Mty has announced to the investing public that it has reached an agreement with the current owner of an industrial portfolio to evaluate a possible purchase transaction. This portfolio consists of 46 industrial buildings located in 12 markets across Mexico, with an approximate total gross leasable area of 822,052 square meters.

The company stated that the purchase price would be settled using a combination of cash, credit lines, and capital. However, it is important to note that this transaction is subject to various requirements, including approval from the FIBRA Mty Holders Assembly and the seller, authorization or non-objection from the Federal Economic Competition Commission (COFECE), a purchase audit, and the negotiation and formalization of the corresponding definitive documents.
