FIBRA MX prepares for its listing on BIVA by the end of August

  • FIBRA MX plans to debut on the BIVA on August 31st through a public offering, aiming to raise 7,050 million pesos from investors.
  • FIBRA E, the investment trust, will focus on acquiring and operating transportation infrastructure assets, initially consisting of seven highways, 15 road sections, and 1,045 kilometers.

FIBRA Infraestructura y Energía México (FIBRA MX) is planning to debut on the Bolsa Institucional de Valores (BIVA) on August 31 through a public offering, aiming to raise 7,050 million pesos from the investing public. 


The FIBRA E investment trust will focus on the acquisition and operation of transportation infrastructure assets and is backed by the Infraestructura México capital development certificate (CKD IM).


The initial portfolio of FIBRA E will consist of seven highways, 15 road sections, and 1,045 kilometers, of which approximately 6% are under construction. 

These road sections have a total Average Daily Traffic (ADT) of over 30,000 vehicles, with an average of around 16 years of operation and 26 years of remaining period. 

The total value of the portfolio reaches 7,100 million pesos.
