FIBRA Nova (FNOVA), a Mexican real estate and infrastructure trust, announces the signing of an amendment agreement with RR Donnelley for the lease extension and property improvements in Ciudad Juarez.
This agreement extends the lease term for 5 years from the substantial completion date of the improvements, with the option of three additional renewal periods of 3 years each. RR Donnelley is a U.S. Fortune 500 integrated communications company that provides business and marketing communications, commercial printing, and related services.
FIBRA Nova, identified as No. F/2870, is a real estate investment trust (FIBRA) that started operations on August 3, 2017.
