Fibra Nova (FNOVA), a Mexican real estate investment trust, has signed a seven-year lease agreement for a 163,292 square feet property in Ciudad Juarez. The company reported in a brief market notice that "the tenant is one of the most important support service companies in northern Mexico, serving various export industry companies in the region."
So far this year, the trust has signed lease agreements for 120,000 square meters, corresponding to industrial buildings dedicated to automotive, appliance, and defense manufacturing, located in the cities of Juarez, Chihuahua, Reynosa, and Hermosillo.
