Fibra Nova, the renowned Mexican investment trust, has announced its strategic partnership with the multinational company Electrolux. This collaboration will result in the acquisition of a 32.7-hectare plot in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, intended for the construction of a state-of-the-art industrial park.

With a projected investment of $175 million over the next three years, this significant development is expected to be completed within a four-year timeframe. The plot is already equipped with a robust infrastructure: 17,000 KVAs of electrical capacity and a supply of over 15 liters per second in water services. Moreover, Fibra Nova's recent financial report emphasizes that they are in advanced discussions to initiate two additional projects in Ciudad Juárez, which would span around 43,000 square meters. If realized in the third quarter, these projects would generate an additional income of $2.5 million from leasing.

This industrial development surge will significantly expand Fibra Nova's portfolio. With the addition of 16 hectares of roofed industrial warehouses, an increase of 78% in their annualized rents is projected, compared to 2020.
