Fibra Nova, a diversified real estate investment trust in the industrial, commercial, and logistics sectors, will carry out a distribution of 187,868,000 pesos among the holders of its Real Estate Trust Securities (CBFI).

This payment translates to a yield of 1.9%, with an annualized return of 7.7%, considering the closing price of 28.99 pesos per share on November 3rd at the Mexican Stock Exchange.

The distribution corresponds to the capital reimbursement for the third quarter of 2022 and represents 0.5595 pesos per certificate. It will be paid on November 15, 2022. In July 2022, Fibra Nova paid a capital reimbursement of 193.8 million pesos, with prior authorization from the majority of its independent members of the Technical Committee. This reimbursement is equivalent to a factor of 0.57734 pesos per CBFI in circulation as of July 28, 2022.

"In fulfillment of our commitment to offer increasingly attractive dividends to our investors, in July, we paid a dividend equivalent to 96% of our FFO for the second quarter," highlighted the real estate trust in its third-quarter report of 2022.

The Funds from Operations (FFO) for the months of July to September amounted to 205.4 million pesos or 10.2 million dollars.

According to regulations, real estate investment trusts must make distributions to the holders of their securities at least once a year, for an amount equivalent to 95% of the previous immediate fiscal year's results generated by the real estate assets they possess.
