Fibra Nova, a real estate investment trust diversified in the retail, education, industrial and agribusiness sectors, has disbursed close to 430 million pesos in property acquisitions this year.
The properties purchased by the firm, which belong to Grupo Bafar, a meat processing company, are located in the cities of Chihuahua and Ciudad Juárez, and are mostly used for industrial purposes.
