Fibra Plus Agrees to Merge with Fibra HD
Fibra Plus has agreed to merge with Fibra HD, for which it will launch a takeover bid to acquire all of HD's shares in circulation, as announced separately by both Mexican real estate investment trusts.
The Mexican real estate trusts (FIBRAs) emphasized that the agreement is subject to various conditions, as well as and the obtaining of the corresponding corporate and governmental authorizations.
