FIBRA Plus is analyzing strategic divestments as it aims to concentrate on industrial and mixed-use properties. Following the integration of the FIBRA HD portfolio, FIBRA Plus will prioritize the divestment of non-strategic projects and focus on industrial properties, particularly logistics and export-oriented manufacturing, as well as mixed-use properties, shopping centers, and rental housing.

Gustavo Tomé, Chairman of the Board of FIBRA Plus, explained that the integration process will determine the suitable properties for the consolidated portfolio while ensuring the independence of each trust. The objective is to achieve a more balanced portfolio by divesting properties that do not align with the strategic focus.
