FIBRA Prologis , a leader in Class A industrial real estate ownership and operation in Mexico, has been included for the fifth consecutive year in the S&P Dow Jones Sustainability MILA Pacific Index and has been recognized as a Sector Leader by the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) for its outstanding performance in environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and corporate governance (ESG). 

GRESB acknowledges leadership in sustainability for real estate companies and funds. FIBRA Prologis ranked first in its peer group, earning the Green Star distinction and being recognized as the Regional Leader in the Industrial Sector in the Americas. 

For the fifth consecutive year, FIBRA Prologis has been included in the S&P Dow Jones Sustainability MILA Pacific Index, which measures best-in-class companies that meet certain sustainability criteria better than the majority of their peers within a given industry.
