FIBRA Prologis has made a significant subscription of 7,928 million pesos in the Mexican Stock Exchange, equivalent to 400 million dollars. This rights offering demonstrates the confidence of current investors in the company and its preparedness to navigate financial volatility. 

With a portfolio of 228 properties and an intermodal yard, FIBRA Prologis focuses on the manufacturing and logistics industries in six industrial markets in Mexico, with a 70% concentration in consumer markets and 30% in manufacturing. The company has a presence in cities such as Guadalajara, Mexico City, Monterrey, and Tijuana, establishing itself as a key player in the sector. 

This subscription strengthens FIBRA Prologis' position and ability to face any future financial challenges.
