FIBRA Shop Pays Bond for 1.4 Billion Pesos

FIBRA Shop, a real estate investment trust specializing in shopping centers, announced that it has fully repaid a bond of 1.4 billion pesos. The bond, with the code FSHOP17, was issued in 2017. 

The company used funds from a credit line of 1.8 billion pesos, obtained in May 2022 with a five-year term. The financing was provided by BBVA MexicoBancomextBanco Monex, and Bancoppel.

This repayment demonstrates FIBRA Shop's commitment to financial stability and its ability to access credit. By successfully paying off the bond, the company ensures its continued growth and development in the shopping center sector.
