Fibra Terrafina Will Pay 366.7 Million Pesos in Distribution

FIBRA Terrafina, a real estate investment trust specializing in industrial properties, will distribute cash of 366,766,326.15 pesos among the holders of its Real Estate Trust Certificates (CBFI). The distribution amounts to 0.4748 pesos per share and represents the distributions for the period from July 1 to September 30, 2022.
The payment yields a return of 6.9 percent based on the average price of 27.42 pesos in the third quarter of 2022 (3Q 2022). The operation will be settled on November 11 of this year, with registration taking place on November 10.
