FIBRA Uno Has 3 Projects Underway for $7.24 Billion Pesos

  • FIBRA Uno (FUNO), the real estate investment trust with over 11.2 million square meters (m2) of rentable space, will invest 7.24 billion pesos (mdp) in 3 projects at different stages of construction.

FIBRA Uno (FUNO), the real estate investment trust with over 11.2 million square meters (m2) of rentable space, is set to invest 7.24 billion pesos (mdp) in three projects at various stages of construction. 

These projects, comprising a total of 148,541 m2 of gross leasable area (GLA), encompass both commercial and mixed-use segments. According to the financial report for the third quarter of this year, these projects are expected to reach completion between 2023 and 2024. 

They are strategically located in the states of Chiapas, Monterrey, and the Mexico City Metropolitan Area.
