Fibra Upsite Develops Industrial Project in Chihuahua

FIBRA Upsite, a real estate investment trust specializing in industrial coworking, is currently constructing its third building within a 14-hectare land reserve in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. 

The project encompasses a gross leasable area (GLA) of 34,237 square meters (m2), with an 8.0% construction progress reported as of last July. 

The completion of the building is projected for the first quarter of the following year.  This new building adds to the two already under construction, totaling 70,975 square meters within the same land reserve. 

According to information provided by FIBRA Upsite, both buildings are expected to be delivered by the end of 2022 and early 2023.  Currently, FIBRA Upsite's portfolio consists of three industrial properties with a combined GLA of 54,221 square meters, located in Tijuana, Baja California; Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua; and Tlaxcala, Tlaxcala.
