The new FIBRAs represent sectors that are currently not represented in the stock market, such as agriculture, rental housing, and sustainability.
Although the plans for the launch of four real estate investment trusts (FIBRAs) were announced last year, the debut of each one is still uncertain and has no defined date.
The arrival of these new issuers through the Institutional Stock Exchange (BIVA) was initially scheduled for last year but has been postponed. This includes Agrofibra, which had originally planned to launch in March of last year.
