Fibras publish first ESG sectoral report

The Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), known as Fibras, have published their first ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance) sectorial report to enhance transparency and showcase their performance in this area. 

The report aims to increase transparency and strengthen communication with stakeholders, including investors, regulators, suppliers, and subcontractors, in order to promote a better understanding of the Fibras' contribution to sustainable development, as stated in the report prepared by the Mexican Association of Real Estate Fibras (Amefibra). 

The document highlights that 67% of the 15 Fibras within the association have set specific goals and objectives in the ASG field to drive sustainable development in the sector.
