Finsa Acquires Portfolio in Monterrey for 2.6 Million Dollars
FINSA, a Mexican developer of industrial parks, has acquired 4,987 square meters in the industrial zone of Escobedo municipality for 53.7 million pesos (2.6 million dollars), further solidifying its development plans.

In order to strengthen its development plans and meet market demand, FINSA, a Mexican developer of industrial parks, has acquired 4,987 square meters within the industrial zone of Escobedo municipality for a sum of 53.7 million pesos (2.6 million dollars).
The company indicated that in recent years, Escobedo has demonstrated sustained growth as a sub-market.
"This is due to its initiation of a transition and product renewal process with new developments. Today, Escobedo represents almost 10 percent of the total industrial market size in the Metropolitan Area of Monterrey."
