FINSA, a leading company in industrial real estate development, announced exciting news regarding the creation of an operations center in Santa Catarina Park, Nuevo León, by Vertiv, a renowned American data storage technology company.

This new building, which will be the largest and most sophisticated in Latin America, promises to make a significant impact in the region. Sergio Argüelles, President and CEO of FINSA, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "With the arrival of Vertiv, once again we are contributing to building the future, not only at a national level but also on a continental scale.

These words reflect the importance of this new facility, which will specialize in the development of data warehouses for information technology, cybersecurity, electromobility, and artificial intelligence.

Furthermore, this investment will generate approximately 1,500 jobs, providing a significant boost to the local economy. The choice of Nuevo León as the location for this project highlights the region's attractiveness to foreign companies.

Vertiv joins the ranks of 4,200 foreign capital companies that have chosen to establish themselves in Nuevo León, further solidifying its reputation as a preferred destination for business investment. Over the past 12 months, FINSA's spaces have accommodated numerous foreign investment projects seeking to expand or develop their facilities.

This has allowed FINSA to stay at the forefront, offering state-of-the-art facilities with strategic locations and robust logistical connections across all business sectors. As a leading developer, FINSA manages and leases over 3.1 million square meters of industrial space.

Additionally, they have constructed over 11.8 million square meters in 24 industrial parks throughout Mexico and the United States, generating approximately 300,000 jobs.
