With the aim of fostering the arrival of new companies and expanding the operations of existing ones, FINSA, a prominent real estate developer, is constructing new spaces in LEED-certified industrial parks that promote environmental protection.
The company from Monterrey is currently building a 23,370 square meter industrial building in Jalisco, located in the FINSA Jalisco El Salto Industrial Park, as announced through its various social media platforms.
Furthermore, in the FINSA Puebla Industrial Park, adjacent to the Volkswagen plant, the construction of a sustainable industrial warehouse spanning 11,630 square meters is planned, while another warehouse of 34,000 square meters is being built in Rosarito, Baja California.
"The LEED certification allows for safe, comfortable workspaces and efficient resource management," states the company. In the industrial park market, sustainability has gained increasing importance. For this reason, the Mexican Association of Industrial Parks (AMPIP) has developed the Roadmap for the New Generation of Smart and Sustainable Industrial Parks by 2030, addressing topics such as energy and water consumption management and monitoring, waste and materials usage, global warming, and preservation of the natural ecosystem.
