FNOVA is to pay 194.8 million pesos in dividends on February 21

FIBRA Nova (FNOVA) has announced that it will pay a cash distribution of 194,819,000 pesos to holders of its equity securities known as CBFIs. This distribution corresponds to the repayment of capital for the fourth quarter of 2022 and will be paid in a single installment on February 21, 2023. FNOVA has 335,560,456 CBFIs, which means that the distribution will be 0.5805 pesos per certificate.

CBFIs are equivalent to equity securities, and their holders are also partners of FIBRA Nova. One of the rights of CBFI holders is to receive distributions corresponding to the proceeds from the trust's income. As of February 16, 2023, FNOVA's shares traded at 31.24 pesos on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), up from 29.75 pesos on January 1, 2023. Thus, FNOVA's shares have registered a yield of 5.01% so far this year.

FIBRA Nova is a real estate investment trust specializing in industrial, office, and retail properties. Its core business is acquiring, managing, and developing real estate for lease. As of December 31, 2022, FNOVA's portfolio comprised 112 properties with a gross rentable area of 550,182 square meters distributed in 41 cities in 20 states. According to FIBRA Analytics, almost 90% of FNOVA's portfolio consists of industrial and office properties.
