On March 18, 2011, FUNO, Mexico's first and largest real estate investment trust, commenced its operations in the country. With a mission to generate sustainable value for investors through the operation, acquisition, sale, and development of commercial properties, FUNO played a pivotal role in putting the Mexican real estate market on the global map.

Despite a complex global economic landscape, FUNO became a new asset class for institutional and heritage investors, offering fresh financing opportunities for the sector in its ten-year existence. FUNO's success can be attributed to its profound knowledge and focus on real estate, which guided its decision-making process.

Starting with an initial portfolio of 13 properties, FUNO has achieved substantial growth and now boasts a diverse portfolio of 661 properties in the commercial, office, industrial, and other segments. Together, these properties cover an extensive area of over 10.8 million square meters.
