FUNO to deliver historic dividend on February 10

  • FUNO won't incur any debt and will use its resources to distribute the largest dividend payment in the trust fund's history, totaling 4,182.5 million pesos.

FIBRA Uno (FUNO) has announced that it will distribute 1.1068 pesos in cash per stock (CBFIs). This dividend payment represents a record amount in the trust's history, equivalent to 4,182.5 million pesos, and is based on 100% of the trust's fiscal results.

FUNO confirmed that it will use its resources to pay this distribution and will not incur any debt.

The dividend payment will be made in two installments, with the first installment of 0.9514 pesos per CBFI to be distributed on February 10, 2023, and the second installment of 0.1554 pesos per CBFI to be paid on March 15, 2023.

CBFIs are equivalent to equity securities, and their holders are partners of the FIBRA. The holders of CBFIs are entitled to receive distributions corresponding to the trust's income, of which they are shareholders.

As of December 31, 2022, FUNO owned 596 industrial, commercial, and office properties, with a total area of 11 million square meters in Mexico. SiiLA FIBRA Analytics reports that almost 84% of FUNO's portfolio comprises retail and industrial properties.
