Grupo Gicsa has finalized an agreement with a third party for the sale of Parque Corporativo Lomas Altas, a transaction that will reach 1.3 billion pesos.
In a communication to its investors, Gicsa explained that the sale of the office building aligns with its sustainable capital strategy and long-term growth plan. The proceeds from the sale will be used to improve the company's debt profile and optimize its office portfolio.
Lomas Altas, located on Avenida Constituyentes in Mexico City, is a project within Gicsa's development portfolio, with a gross leasable area of 26,345 square meters.
