Grupo Carso plans to invest 4.1 billion pesos for projects in its three divisions in 2022.

According to Arturo Spinola, CFO of Carso Infraestructura y Construcción (CICSA), 1.8 billion pesos will be allocated to the conglomerate's energy business, Carso Energy.

In a conference with analysts, he explained that this amount is mainly for a compressor that will be used for one of its gas pipelines. On the other hand, the retail division (Grupo Sanborns) will receive approximately 1.3 billion pesos for the remodeling of units. Finally, the company will inject one billion pesos in Grupo Condumex, the manufacturing segment.
