Grupo GICSA Receives US$150 Million Loan from MetLife

The loan is backed by a trust comprised of offices, a shopping center and a hotel, developed and owned by GICSA, which comprise Paseo Arcos Bosques, a mixed-use property located in the Bosques de Las Lomas neighborhood in Mexico City.
