On February 9th, the opening of Helix Tower took place, a boutique building that stands out for its unique and modern design, embracing functionality, exclusivity, and innovation. This mixed-use property will feature commercial space on the lower level and 16 floors for offices. One of the defining features that will make this development a city landmark is its twisted design. Located on Avenida de las Américas, Guadalajara's most important financial artery, Helix Tower occupies a 801-square-meter area, set back seven meters from the sidewalk to create a generous outdoor plaza.
