On Thursday, June 15th, Proximity Parks unveiled its latest project, Proximity Parks Lomas Verdes, in Naucalpan, State of Mexico. The property is set to welcome tenants in November 2023, following a few months of remodeling and adaptation.

Covering over 24,000 square meters, Proximity Parks Lomas Verdes offers a spacious business area. The company will establish three modules for storage, with an average gross leasable area of 4,500 square meters each. In addition, the park features a truck yard, green spaces, and common areas with terraces for the convenience of future tenants and their employees.

During the presentation, Hugo Perez, Partner & Commercial Director at Proximity Parks, provided insights about the project and highlighted the challenge of finding an industrial and logistics park with a large truck yard and state-of-the-art facilities in the Naucalpan area. That's why Proximity Parks Lomas Verdes will provide optimal infrastructure for logistics and distribution companies.

The Proximity Parks team emphasized several key enhancements, including roof reinforcement, polished concrete flooring, improvements to green areas, loading and unloading ramps, and installing LED lighting and solar panels to achieve LEED certification awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Market leaders, including Alejandro Delgado, Country Manager Mexico at SiiLA, and the SiiLA Research and Sales team, attended the opening event. They had the opportunity to enjoy a cocktail reception hosted by Proximity Parks and network with clients and friends from the real estate sector.

At SiiLA, we are thrilled to witness our clients' remarkable growth. We wholeheartedly extend our best wishes to the Proximity Parks team for successfully unveiling their latest project.
