The State of Mexico is preparing for the construction of TMex Park, which aims to become the largest industrial park and multimodal logistics hub in America. This industrial park is expected to generate over 65,000 direct and indirect jobs and require an investment of 25 billion pesos.

TMex Park is strategically located just three kilometers away from the new Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA). It serves as a key logistics center, connecting important logistic corridors in the Metropolitan Area of the Mexico Valley. It provides access to major consumer and production areas in the central region of Mexico, as well as international trade points. In this regard, TMex Park has the potential to access a market of 46 countries with which Mexico has signed 12 trade agreements.
