Leasing of Mini-Warehouses, a Long-Term Investment: Fibra Storage
According to Fibra Storage's CEO, leasing mini-warehouses in Mexico has shown resilience, not only to the COVID-19 pandemic but also to adverse economic cycles.Fibra Storage currently has 21 properties, of which 16 are in operation; seven are showing stability (have reached 85% occupancy for a month), and nine are in the process of stabilization.
